In 2012 my wife took a Life Policy at Edgars in Paarl Mall. She died 14 Desember 2012 in a car accident.
The insurer (Hollard) is making it impossible to claim against the policy. They have given a list of documents required, which had been supplied. They keep on requesting additional information after all the documents had been sent to them. I have a feeling that they are not interested in paying out the claim.
I have sent mails to [Email Removed] complaining. They do not not even acknowledge receipt of the mails.
