My useless consultant from dial direct did not update me for 3 weeks on the progress of my car. Eventually it came back after 2 months and When u put the gear on 2 it scratches, review mirror is missing, window winder back is missing, gear 5 kicks itself out or scratches, accelerator has a whistle sound. Wheel alignment not done. Sound on the wheel front like tins. Cigarette lighter missing.
I'm taking this matter to the ombudsman I can't drive this kind of a vehicle with my 1 year old daughter. Dial Direct is so good at debiting on the correct date but gave me a useless panel beater TC Panel beaters, that cod not give me the progress of my vehicle when I call them claiming their systems are down for 3 weeks.
