Capitec has always been helpful to me, especially Randburg Branch I have never been disapointed with their service. But my main issue is that I now have a debit order from Skytel of R99 that I have noticed that has gone through my account for the past 3 months. I don't know Skytel and I've never authorised them to take money from my account. The worst part is that I have found out from Hellopeter that there are a lot of people that have the same problem as me. Money has been debited from their bank accounts without their authorisation. Unfortunately this has come to my attention only last week and I was told by the consultant that I need to phone these people the bank cannot reverse the debit. I have tried to call these people with the number i got from the internet to no avail. I am now pleading with you people to please help me. U've never disapointed me before I hope you won't start now.
