Logged two calls via the ebucks helpline for a Makro virtual voucher SMS which did not arrive. I bought two virtual vouchers and only the one arrived. I need this for a birthday gift purchase that I need to still do today please. Can you work a miracle on this and re-send the missing R500 voucher to me? I love the eBucks programme - can you please keep me as a fan?
