Good day, tried to open a business account at capitec but told that my company needs to have 10 employees or more before they can open an account. Its unreasonable because capitec doesn't want to struggle and toil with a business that just started but wants to enjoy the benefits of a successful company. There is no way a reasonable company will move to capitec after achieving success when capitec refuses to grow with it now.
This is a reason why the bigger banks are preferable as they walk with your company from inception to growth and maturity. I am dissappointed with capitec considering all the good comments and review about it. Its a shame that it just lost an opportunity to partner with a potential success.
