My complaint is too long and more than the allowed characters. After contacting the contact center for my claim for more than 3 weeks and more than 10 calls later, my issue being escalated to 2 managers and 4 different agents dealing with it NOTHING has happened. Nadine and Sherbanu, shame on you for not taking my escalation and having your agents deal with my issue. Chadwyn i am truly hoping that you will get back to me on Monday as i was promised numerous call back already! How can the admin department not process my claim?
