I contacted 1Life to advise them of the change of my smoking status from Smoker to Non-Smoker. Elvis assisted me with the most welcoming attitude and friendliness. He made sure that I was told all the information I needed to know, and advised me of all the necessary details regarding the change as well as my new (CHEAPER) premium.
I also enquired about additional cover as well as cover for my mom and he said he would arrange for a consultant to contact me in this regard.
He is an asset to your organisation and you should treasure him. There are not many call centres in SA at this stage that are still a joy to call, and with people like Elvis you can regard yourself in the count as one of the best.
