First Time Buyer Given the Run Around

Excited to be purchasing our first home we approached all the banks to see what sort of bond we can get.
We get feedback requesting certain documents and have phone calls to answer the required questions and do all of this to the best of our ability. We then immediately send through anything else required. This includes Nedbank. The very next day, we get this website automatic response styled email telling us our request is denied. Not a very good feeling at all for a first time buyer. The consultant comes back to us and tells us that there was a problem with one of the documents and could we resend it, which we do.
The next day again we get this automatically generated formal email telling us we failed to submit documents. This continues on and on with ongoing issues on the documents that we send in where pretty much every day we are being asked to submit something else. Two weeks later we have been given Final Grants yet Nedbank is still requesting us to submit more documents. This is a ridiculous waste of my time and completely unacceptable treatment. Just tell me you don't want my business and don't give me the run around.
