Money Transfer Lost

On 25/7 I phoned CC to verify the acc. no. that my employer should use to transfer money into my credit card via his SBSA online banking. I spoke to Sipho who assured me that the Account Number, found on my monthly statement, should be used for a transfer. This number ends with 1009. My employer made the transfer based on that information. When I queried it on 27/7 with Mr Arthur at FNB Heiderand/Mossel Bay Mall he phoned CC and was told by Poppy that no such account exists - she couldn't find it on her system at all! He could access my profile using that number, so he made a second enquiry to CC and was told by Bineo that she could see my profile with that no. but that my card no. (1066) should be used for transfers. Mr. Arthur then sent an email to CC describing the situation. To date the money has not been returned to my employer's account and today I again queried with Karen at Somerset West FNB. She queried with Kgothatso at CC and another email was sent with proof of payment that I was CC'd on this time. Mr. Arthur's email was never found. Nor was my call to Sipho. Nor has any feedback been received from queries. I want to know where my money is ASAP or I will take further!!!
