Issue not resolved since 30 Jan 2013

At the end of Jan 2013 my salary was paid into my old FNB account by mistake. On the same day another payment was made to my ABSA account. I contacted FNB and asked that they transfer the duplicate salary back to my employer. I've spoken to the branch manager at Komatipoort, Santa, but to date haven't received any feedback from her. I've spoken and emailed Suveer Hira at your CBS branch and after numerous emails and endless phone calls he told me that the maater has been signed off and will be transferred back to Doti on Wednesday.
I also spoke to Clifford Bohale with whom I've arranged to pay R1000 per month towards the outstanding bank charges on the FNB account. I've send through letters from Doti confirming Doti's banking details as requested.
Yester my employer sent me an email saying that he contacted FNB and according to them the money was transferred to my ABSA account and that I should please transfer the money to them. In other words it now looks like I'm the one holding on to the money when in fact the money is still in the FNB account and no one has done anything to resolve this matter. I've been with FNB for over 10 years and this is the worst service!!!
