I transferred from one of the most well known Insurance companies to Discovery from 1 August 2013. A c-track system was fitted to my vehicles, but... I have not been able to log into the account since installation. I phoned on Monday and was promised that it will work between 30-45 minutes after the call ended. I tried until I went to sleep on Monday to log in without success. Tuesday I phoned again, with the same answer and the same result.
Today I got hold of Rishan, who not only discussed the issue with C-track (as the others have also done), but also made sure that the problem was fixed and that I was able to log in.
