Dont care Attitude

I was with old mutual groupscheme as per my previous employer 's contract. I lodged a claim with my previous employer during December 2012 and advised that the funds be paid in full.7 months later i m still waiting. I phoned my previous employer who advised me to contact Old Mutual directly. I have been calling and would be taken from one call centre to another. Then finally today a rude lady by the name of Xolelwa told me that the form didnt have my signature and thats what caused the delay. I asked her why i was never notified she told me an sms was sent during april and May and quoted some cellphone number i knew nothing about. Can someone please assist in resolving this. I have waited for a very long time and it makes no sense.
