Bad service and even worse account management

In my summary of my cover it states that the effective date was 29-04-2013 and that my monthly payment will be R508.48 and a once off admin payment will be deducted of R105.00.

My problem is that I paid the R105.00 on my first payment to Dial Direct but now I'm still paying the admin fee every month? How is this possible?

No one in you company has noticed this or followed up on this? Bad bad service and account management.
If I 'Your customer' did not pic this up on my bank account I would probably be paying this amount every month until I cancel or renew my insurance with you.
