Misleading the public

My loan application was approved, confirmed in writing. and after submitting all requested documentation, FNB loans declined as they are unable to clarify what documentation they actually require. One would expect that First Rand Bank would have this simple administration process sorted and know what documentation is required. Two weeks now still no reply.
