I have dropped my previous insurance company a year ago as the were killing me on my insurance. So I moved to dial direct. Today they send me a policy review and I was not happy with the review so I called them and asked a few question as I was not happy with the mail.
Tinashe assisted me and brought my monthly payments to the acceptable amount. If service keeps being like this I will stay at Dial Direct for a long time.
