I made an online credit card payment on the 20th of December for an order placed. They deducted the payment twice. I had to give them proof that it happened, which I did. I never heard anything again. I sent two emails which was finally answered today, where I was asked to provide the bank account that I made the payment into. I don't have those details! Now I have to go to my bank to find out what the Kalahari bank account was that the payment was made into because they have two accounts and the one is old. How is this even possible? What type of training do Kalahari give their staff? This is ridiculous! I want a manager to phone me so that I can get my money back! Immediately!
