The end of 2007 I put my property in Krugersdorp in the market as I was forced to move to Cape Town. In the beginning of 2008 I asked Nedbank to sell the property as I could not afford to pay the installment on the Flat as well as pay rent in Cape Town. I begged them to please take the property back and just sell it.
In the mean time the property was sold on auction.
The beginning of 2009 Symington & de Kock started harassing my son at work. I gave them my phone number and asked them to please contact my attorneys Messrs. Borbnman & Associates in Cape Town. I gave them their contact details as well as contact person and address, asking them to include the outstanding debt in my Debt Review. I gave them all my information and they said they will get back to me. I heard nothing from them for 3 years.
Yesterday, the following numbers 053 8366200 and 087 310 6600 started phoning my daughter my son and I also got 3 missed calls on my phone late yesterday. I tried to phone them, but these number are either busy or do not exist.
I am now prepared to go to Carte Blanche or the NCR to investigate this whole process.
