Nedbank sold my house on action with no communication or letter sent to me to notify me of the auction. The sheriff also did not communicate with no and the Weavind & Weavind Attorneys. I found out that the house was sold today when the person who bought the house at auction came to my house and told me they own the house. She then provided me with information about the action and told me that she bought the house today.
I contacted Nedbank and they told me that there is nothing they can do from there side as the property is sold.
