This complaint dates back to October 2009. I have been tying to get my mother's title deed with no luck. My mother is a 62 year old single mother who will be retiring in Septeber. We ere advised by a property agent in 2009 that the house was going on auction and to save it we can sell it to my cousin who who will then sell it back to my mother.
My cousin's subsidy was approved by the North West Government and it has been a nightmare to get the property registered and subsidy payed out. JM attorneys then advised me to get a settlement amount from Hlano and I have now reached another dead end. I send emails, I make phone calls and nobody has a solution for my problem and honestly I do not think anyone cares.
