Very Poor Customer Service

I requested a viewing only to get no response, there was no address to the property and the secretary would not give me the agents phone number, or tell me where the property to be viewed was, I was extremely interested in the property, the secretary told me she would have the agent phone me the next morning which didn't happen and the property was sold without even giving me any chance to make a counter offer. Also the agent did not even respond to any emails I sent her until the property was sold. Utter disregard for the client
