Its been 5 days and we are left without internet banking. i have contacted FNB, i have asked to reset password, yet no-one is returning my calls. we can not log into our business account, but private account works fine. i have told their callcentre that the issue is not only on our business account, on other too, but still no-one returns a call. we were in the branch until 18:00 (yes thats correct 6PM) just to transfer money
this is REALLY unacceptible, and if this continue we have no reason but to take our business account elsewhere
