Smart Card went missing at the till

Good day, I was at the payout till at PicknPay in Malvern Queensburgh. I bought goods for my mother using cash. I gave the teller my Blue Smart Card but told her that I was going to buy more goods for myself and I would use my Bank card.

I paid the cash for my mother's good and used the Smart Card (I had the slip to prove it). Then when I tried to pay for my goods the teller informed me that she had given me my card back. I said no and that I asked her to keep it for my own purchases. So it happens the card was MISSING.

She insisted that I go home and look in my bag and purse. I went to my car and pulled my purse and bag apart. I even looked in the grocery bags and there was no card anywhere.

I then went back inside and reported the Blue Smart Card missing and filled in some forms for a new one.

I had rather a lot of point I had collected on this Smart Card. A lady in charge tried to help but simply could not.

The sad thing is that whilst I was looking for my card at the teller, the black packer women were laughing and talking very loudly in a mocking manner. And they were smirking at me with the teller. I find this shocking and insulting. After a good purchase
