I phoned FNB to change my incontact settings because we were leaving the country and I sold my phone. I needed my OTP sent via email! They sent me confirmation with customer ref as indicated above, to cinfirm that they changed my settings. However, OTP's was and IS STILL being sent to my old number???

My personal information is being sent to a 3rd party, by the bank, without my consent after confirming that my settings have been changed!!! This person emailed me this mornig to tell me that they are still getting my otp sms's, this information is PRIVATE yet they know all about my banking business???

This has been coming on since JUNE, why did I bother phoning then??? I have even tried changing my profile on my online banking to remove the cellphone number and select that incontact messages be sent via email.

I have always been a happy FNB client but this is rediculous!!!
