Hopefully this site will be able to assist. I am the Executor of this Estate late. I have called on numerous occasions to find out whether cancellation fees on my late father, Mr LJB Nell's bond was paid or if the bond was cancelled with Saambou who was liquidated and taken over by FNB. Emails don't help. I get a notification number from them and nothing happens after that - QP1524557, QP1527408 and QP1563296. My dad's estate need to be wound up where the house needs to be transferred onto the beneficiary's name, but since FNB is taking months to respond as to whether or not bond was cancelled, I am going to be left with no other choice, but to bring a High Court Application against them, in order for them to assist and supply the above information - should I not have any response within the next seven days, on this complaint, I will be seeking the Court's assistance.
