Bad Service from FNB Credit Card

I requested a Credit Settlement letter from FNB Card since friday 2 August. After 4 days I still havent recieved anything from them. On Monday I was promised that an Incident has been raised and my query will be addressed urgently. To date nothing has been done. I now call in and the consultant tells me she cant tell me when this will be done because she is in the Admin department and operations department is the one responsible.

I requested the same information from Nedbank for my car finance and i receieved an immediate response over the phone. Why cant I get the same from FNB
