Every month a debit order goes off my account at ABSA. I got hold of the details and was informed that FNB Call Centre-Magtape Dept from FNB Head Client Management at phone (086) 011 2244 in Johannnesburg can assist. (It use to be my internet address payment.)
I do not make use of this service at VOXCONS any more and did not for the past seven years, but they still deduct money from my account!!!
It statred with R29-00 a month and everytime when I send the transaction back, the amount just inflates!!!
I am no sending back an amount of R221-00!!!
I have tried to phone them and politely ask them to assist, but after numerious attempts, I am no longer going to phone them and thats my reason for making use of Hello Peter.
