Standard Bank to their customers regarding the U - count awards. I spend quite a lot of money at their so-called 10% cash back stores, but did not even get a quarter of the 10% back as they promised. Filled my tank at Caltex now twice, but NO R1 back per liter. Inquiries at their call center and you get back a automated e-mail response. Hahaha... what a farce!!!
