Standard Bank,
2 Months ago I signed up for the U Counts Award Programme with Standard Bank. The U Counts award programme offered by Standard Bank has not lived up to any of it's promises.
I have to date only received R0.30 c back in rewards point despite having spent probably around R10 000 on my achiever credit card in the same time period. I have not received any points for fuel purchased at Caltex nor have I received any points for shopping at you partner stores.
It is time that Standard Bank admit that their launch of this Programme has been a disaster. You will see from your Facebook Page and this forum, that I am not the only person with this same complaint.
In the meantime, I suspect I will still be charged R20 / month for a system that doesn't work.
