I called the ABSA home loans call centre at the start of July to have my debit order switched to my FNB account and the debit order date changed to the 5th of every month. on the 27th of July my debit order yet again went off from my ABSA account, simple instruction yet no delivery. Please resolve this. I don't want to get any telephone calls, I just want this corrected and confirmation to be sent to my e-mail address.
