ONCE AGAIN I ENCOUNTER A PROBLEM, 26TH JUNE 2013 I GOT A CALL FROM ABSA OFFERING A FUNERAL LIFE POLICY, I ACCEPTED THE OFER, 01/07/2013 ABSA DEBITED MY ACCOUNT WHEN I HAD CLEARLY SAID THAT THE DATE TO DEBIT IN MY ACCOUNT WILL THE 27TH OF EACH MONTH, I CALLED TRIED TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE, COME 27/07/2013 NO DEBIT WENT THROUGH, I CALL AGAIN, STORIES COME AND THEY ASSURE IT WILL DEBIT THE FOLLOWING MONTH, 27/08/2013 NO DEBIT WENT THROUGH, I CALL AGAIN, NO ONE KNOWS WHY IT DIDNT GO THROUGH, WHAT IT IS THAT I MUST DO TO GET SERVICE???
