Cant transfer between my own accounts

After having banked with standard bank for the past 40 years i am very dissapointed that i cannot transfer monies between my own accounts. i have an "ACCESS" bond account which is fully paid up and infact has extra money in it. this account is functional since 1995, yet now i can no longer transfer money from this account to my current account, which i used to be able to do regularly. what has changed? why can i not access my own money?
