URGENT!!!
This is totally pathetic.
I held now for the past 17min to speak to a consultant that could not assist me with a transfer that was done on my account.
Then put me through to the department for which I held 40min but gave up. and on top of everything this call cost me R140.00 and i was not helped who is going to refund me for this???
This is the worst bank.
For the past 3months all I've had is problems.
Who has taken money off my account I demand an explanation and I want my money back.
This transfer was not done by me.
I want to know who has access to my account and can just transfer money out of my account.
All the consultant could tell me is that the money was transfer to a standard bank account.
