Online Banking Errors while overseas

I'm currently overseas for number of months, and have sent money back to south africa so as to pay off some debts. I've transferred money into my credit card so that it could receive first payment, but when I tried to transfer the money to my absa account so as to pay other bills/account (as you are unable to do this with virgin money online banking), I received the following error.

NOT IDENTIFIED AND VERIFIED (ER 495) P

From reading other hello peter posts it would appear that this has something to do with Fica compliance, which was done when virgin money originally dropped off my card via courier? Now that I am overseas, how am I supposed to verity or use my account?

Should I not be able to transfer money out of my account, you can be certain I won't be putting anymore money into it.
