Whenever I try to book a flight online, my credit card is either declined OR I am sent to a new page, asking for a secure code sent to my cell phone number. I live overseas, and I do not receive sms's to my South African cell phone. I thought the reason for having a credit card was for convenience and emergencies, but I CAN NEVER BOOK FLIGHTS!!! How is that convenient? I called the centre and they told me they can't change the number to an overseas number. I do not have any one at home to send me the number, and what kind of system is that? HOW IS IT SO HARD TO USE MY CREDIT CARD OVERSEAS? and why am I still banking with Absa. This makes no sense. so, once again, I cannot book my own flight and don't have any one to ask to book it. ITS BEYOND RIDICULOUS.
