I have an fnb account and the account has no funds in it, due to the fact that i have another fnb cheque account, since the 25th July 2013 to today Fnb knew that if debits went through to that account they would charge R138 per unpaid debit,

I have been receiving sms yes stating that a debit has been returned today i get a call fnb saying i must pay the owed amount or they will proceed with legal actions, when i ask is that for the debits she said no its what you owe fnb that money is fnbs you owe us R138 per debit unpaid

How honest is this to wait for all the unpaid debits then accumulate so much interes then call the customer saying you owe us or we proceed with legal actions
