On the 30/04/2013 i ensured i had sufficient monies for the debit orders for the 2/05/2013, I get an sms for an unpaid, which a debit order of R181.00 had not gone through. When i check my account now just for being R1.99 short i get charged R138.00 unpaid, FNB usually gives you 4 days to adjust the account, but as soon as the unpaid went through they very well took out their R138.00 out. I was not aware that old mutual increased one of my premiums from R297 to R327.50, but still where is the customer service from FNB. Their slogon means nothing how can i help you, when all they do is only take take take and not give back to us good customers. I want this problem recitified and that the unpaid gets reversed and i adjust with the R1.99, please man, for R1.99 you want to lose a host of customers and business accounts, cos i can alsways chat to family and friends to pull out, if i let them know of my experience. Pathetic service. FNB too greedy
