On Tuesday morning, 30 July, I phoned Momentum Short Term Insurance to report hot water pipes which are regularly leaking and a geyser which leaks about 12 llitres a day from the overflow pipe. The claims consultant I dealt with was Rosy Morgan. She was very efficient and before I had put the phone down, I had an sms giving me my Claim number, her name, tel and fax number and her email address. Later that day, I had a follow up sms from Rosy enquiring whether I had been contacted re my claim, which I had not. Within 5 minutes she phoned me and was surprised that a plumber had not contacted me - she promised to follow up. First thing the following morning I was contacted by a plumber who came out and saw me later that day. Rosy also phoned me first thing in the morning to follow up on progress.By that evening, the leaking pressure valve on my geyser had been replaced and the hot water pipes had been inspected by the plumber who was sending a quote through to Rosy. Rosy phoned me twice during the course of the day advising me of what was happening. On 05 Aug, the plumbers were back and replaced all my hot water pipes - less than a week after my claim - thank you Momentum
