For 3 years I have had a debit order of 171 from C Track come of my account on the 25th. my salary goes in on the 25th and reflects to my bank on the 26th. Today I had funds in my account. my debit had been taken off (I.E Salary minus my debit order for C track was shown), I now found that during the course of the day my debit was reversed and a unpaid charge of 138 rand was deducted from my account.
I have never had any issue with my debit for C Track for the past 3 years and trying to sort this with FNB the best I got was i should have changed the debit order. Fine if this happened 3 - 4 times yes maybe my problem. But for the 1st time this happened I dont agree. Now my account for C track will cost my 309 rand rather than 171..
