We had a mechanical breakdown on our business bakkie this morning. I phoned outsurance and spoke to Richard, unfortunately i didn't get his surname. He took down the details for my partner who was stuck. Not even 2 minutes later, my partner phoned back to tell me that Richard phoned him already :) and that a tow truck was on it's way.
