Almost Passing the Buck

Two months ago a debit order bigger than what I owed was deducted from my account:

26/08/2013 EXTERNAL DEBIT
WONGA 1891869 130823NAEDO DR 0324317333 R 500.00

According to their, VVM - Wonga Finance, balance I only owed R 155.11

Last month they decided to carry on deducting money from my account.

25/09/2013 EXTERNAL DEBIT
WONGA 2043047 130923NAEDO DR 0334212134 R 500.00

Balance owing me then would be R 344.89 R 500 = R 844.89

Email response is non existent, not from Wonga not from VVM. Actually finally got hold of them on Facebook and the person said someone will phone me. Time passes... Eventually I bug them again on Facebook. Time passes... Got a call eventually, no you still owe us "crazy amount" and I lost my noodle a bit and explained to this woman like not this is not on. Put on hold, while she talks to accounts and whoever.

Coming back to me with I only have to pay (yes still pay) R 192.14. I just couldn't understand, she said something about the account was taken back by Wonga from VVM. Why was it taken back and where did the money from the last two debit orders go?
