A while ago i laid a complaint that outsurance could not find a cheaper payment for me for insurance and the ydid not pay me the R400 that they promise on all advertising ways they can. so the manager called me and said because my husband had a policy with them we could not get paid because of that. he said i should try to get a cheper payment on my name because im older and a women i might get a cheaper payment. so i dealt with candice and she could not help because they wanted to charge me R2200 basically, i found a cheaper insurance anyway. i havent heard from her regarding the R400 and i have emailed to ask and nothing so is it a nonence story to get people to come to them or are they really being honest.
