Outsurance to me is just a screwing up a good name they once had through promising to give a cheaper quote and if they dont, they will pay you R400. I received a quote for 3 of my cars which they could not beat and when i found out about my R400, Poof Outsurance dissappeared. why promise something when you cannot deliver. Why advertise so widely when you cannot keep your promise. you are an insurance company. people put their lives and trust with you. Well i see alot of people being of with this company because of empty promises.
