Outsurance False Advertising

I contacted the Outsurance to see if they can better my current Insurance Premium. I spoke to Yasin. He gave me a good deal, but it was not cheaper than my current insurance and the new premium did not include the same benifits as I have currently on my existing insurance. I told him i do not want to accept the offer before discusiing it with my spous. I will get back to him. He still asked me for my banking details etc. I again said i am not taking it before discussing it with my husband. He said it is fine, he needs it to complete my schedule. I gave the info and he gave me a reference nr OT21533022. I went home and discussed it with my husband and we decided that i should rather stay on my current insurance. I phoned back to inform them that i will not be taking the insurance because it is not cheaper and also that my current insurance gives me better benefits. I asked for my R400. The lady said i do not qualify because he already gave me a policy nr as a reference nr, and due to that i cant claim R400. She said she would listen to the tape and get back to me. It is 4 days later and have not heard anything since. I should qualify for the R400 and they must stop their false ads!
