Have not received my R400

I am extremely annoyed with what i feel is your constant false advertising bout the R400 give away & also about how Outsurance "BENDS OVER BACKWARD" for their clients. Round about October 2012, i decided to contact Outsurance for a quotation on both Household & vehicle insurance. I selected the "Call me" option on ur website & within minutes i was on the line with a consultant. I thought it was amazing that they were so quick. However, once the consultant had done with the quotation, he got extremely annoyed & rude with me when i told him that he couldn't sign me up immediately as i wanted to discuss it with my husband. I asked that he call my the next Monday, which he did, but when i told him that my current insurance is cheaper than his quote, he got rude again & put the phone down. I was not offered the R400 which u guys keep advertising. I would like to know why i was not offered the R400? Outsurance keeps dissing the other insurance companies about saving money-Sorry, i just don't buy it! I want to know when i will receive my R400, "as advertised"!
