No response on Wesbank erro

Over a year ago I had my vehicle written off. As I had top up insurance cover, the insurance company requested the outstanding liability amount from Wesbank over a year ago with no response from the institution. Webank hands the account over to a legal firm that harasses us on a daily basis for payment. In the interim. After numerous correspondences to Wesbank's Cindy Botha I have received no response to my various emails and the legal firm still persists on the outstanding amount. I deem this harassment due to poor handling by Wesbank unacceptable. Any query to the bank renders no help at all!! Can someone sort this mess out in the head office now! An apology for the pathetic service is demanded and the matter to be resolved immediately!
