After paying my short term insurance for my car a year in advance 2012/2013 and getting the benefit of a free months premium I decide to be proactive and call them as my next payment is the 1st November and so that their is no complications to let them know that as from then I would like to change my premium to monthly as opposed to yearly as my situation has changed. At the same time I ask for a new quote so that I can decide what my new monthly premium would be. Easy transaction right? No.. low and behold I have been debited for this amount this month, apparently have a credit waiting to be paid back to me and now loose my free month benefit of paying in advance.

After calling as it is impossible to contact outsurance without calling them I am obviously in the wrong department, they acted on my request and oh its friday and they will come back to me on monday no-one can say what time and who is taking responsibility for this... So what now? please help
