I can now say that to me FNB is the worst bank ever!!! I have been a client of FNB for the Pas 2-3 years and up to now I would rate the service -10!
I phoned the Sales department in connection with their Smartphone applications, after the gentlemen helped me, he proposed an Overdraft Facility to me, I did listen and he sent me an quotation via email. He told me that if I would like to accept the quote I should just submit the required documentation. I did however NOT submit any documentation as I did not accept the quote. This morning (2013/05/14) i saw on my account that the overdraft Facility has been loaded, but how? I never signed or accepted or submitted anything???
Sadly I am still waiting for feedback as this has not been fixed after a very angry and upset call to FNB.
Maybe the bank STEVE is at is the better option??
