Debiting for the person who passed away

On the month on June 24 /2013, i received letter toconfirm my particulars with Momentum. when i check i relasize some of the information is not correct i call them some day and ask then to fix the spelling errow of my kids, i ask them y my father is still insured while he pass on on the 2008/09/03, they requsted me to send his document claiming to pay. i resent it to them, them they responded that is paid. i asked y they have been deducting for the past 58 months if they know thy hav paid me. they start to blaim claims department verses customer services. i ask y was paying R200. for both parent even now still paying R200. while is inly one, they try to explain though i was not happy. i add three people extra two sister ans a child to my surise the amount went from R249.21 to R199.00. so i requested the company to reinvest me the money for my father that they have dedacted for the past 58 month (of which is 100*58= R5800. plus interests.. i have scanned ans sent them the proof
