Sick and tired is not even the correct words - is one nice way of saying this.
I cancelled my medical aid in January with Momentum Health. I had a hospital plan and a savings plan.
As soon as the medical aid terminated there was a time of 4 and a half months before the R 9000 and odd rand would be paid out - I was fine with this. (4 months being June 15th)
Now, almost 5 months later I am still waiting for my money.
I called last week Tuesday, the 18th of June and was told that the money would be paid by Friday the 21st. Friday came - I phoned late afternoon and then again it was said that they will put in a request for a manual transfer. I must just phone again. Now again I have waited 3 days. It's the 26th and I have not received my money or even a email or phone call to explain to me whats going on
Why is it that when they can take money they are happy - I paid monthly installments of over R1000 per month for years but they can't just pay out my money on the dates they say it will be paid?
I am very peed off.
if I do not receive my money by Friday - I will go to the papers!! There are no more excuses as to why my money has not been paid!
