I have been waiting for hollard to pay out a policy for the past 42 days.
this is a family protection plan my late father took out to protect his family if he had to past, unfortunetly my father has passed away. i have tried claiming this policy, i received a message telling me they have approved and will be paying the claim on the 13/09/2013 but when i called on the 25/09/2013 to find out why it was not yet paid, i was told it would only be paid on the 01/10/2013, today is the 3rd of october and they have still not paid. i have logged a complaint with them and asked that my complaint be accknowledged but still nothing, i hope through this complaint i might get some responce. this service is unreal!!!
